Shiver, Linger and Forever by Maggie Stiefvater

This trilogy have to be some of my all time favourite books! In Shiver we meet a girl called Grace who was bitten by a pack of wolves in her garden as a child. Now in high school,  she is obsessed with the wolves and loves to read in the garden so she can be closer to them. However, this Minnesotan pack of wolves can only be found in the woods at winter time. After the wolves allegedly attack and kill a local boy everyone wants to know about the pack. Only Grace can see what is truly different around them, they aren't just wolves. When a naked boy called Sam turns up in Grace's garden after being shot by rifles, it all becomes to clear. This book is a blur of excitement, suspense and romance as the pack's lives are put in danger. Linger and Forever continue Grace and Sam's story as they fight to stay together with each other and the people they love. New additions to the pack, such as Cole St Clare, mix up the new found serenity of the wolves. Can they stay together or will their family be torn apart?

These books are a fantastic read for any teenager who loves a good winter book. Stiefvater makes the reader feel every emotion possible and then leaves you hanging on for more! Shiver, Linger and Forever buck the trend of cliche of soppy werewolf-romance novels excellently, with strong characters who fight for not only each other, but also for what they believe in. On Kindle each book costs around £4 which is around half of the price of the paperback books. I would definitely get this trilogy but be ready to become addicted!
